Corruption: Promotion Through Nepotism, Cronyism, Discrimination, Prejudice, or Favoritism Is Akin To Promoting Racism
👉 Using nepotism, cronyism, discrimination, and favouritism as a method of promotion is the same as promoting racism.
Having problems with people who are just starting their life requires you to ignore some mistakes but correct them as much as possible. You should protect and support such people to avoid making enormous mistakes or becoming intoxicated with power. However, if such people are dishonest and do not listen to correction, they can be humbled by law and they will gain experience.
As a way to let such people understand that there is a law that guides any action taken or error committed, and how they should not be influenced by power or position. Educate such people so they learn there is a law guiding every action or error they make and educate them not to be influenced and intoxicated by power or position. If you are lucky enough to be promoted before anyone else or your colleagues. That should be added to your CV as a privilege and not be rude or arrogant to anyone who has been discriminated against in any way. You should investigate someone's human capital before you step on toes, and you should find out the consequences of your action and how it may affect the company's reputation in society.
Assess whether you are more deserving of your position than anyone else. Make sure that you are more qualified for the job than anyone else. Measure your performance and skills against the other employees. Assess it according to your performance and skills. Whether the promotion follows due process depends on why you were promoted. Sometimes, it is necessary for people to understand that promotions can be made through nepotism, favouritism, cronyism, ass-licking, ass-kissing, etc, or to cover up corruption via fraudulent conduct on the part of those in power (power group). In some cases, some people are promoted in order to violate people's rights or set traps for those who have been hated and considered discriminated against for simply standing their ground and insisting that their rights should not be violated as stipulated by law.
The colour of your skin can sometimes play a role in your promotion, not your performance or experience. See that as a privilege - not an entitlement. Understand that some people are not promoted because they refuse to lick asses - not because they are not capable of holding a position. In some organizations, people are promoted to conceal corruption. Do not look down on people or consider them fools who do not protest when their rights are violated. There are some people who just don't care because they see where they are working as a stepping stone or a way to solve a problem.
Promotion through nepotism, favouritism, cronyism, etc is not luck if you don't deserve it, it is corruption. All in all, be careful not to step on someone's toes so as not to bring the beast out of them. Sometimes people behave like fools in order to keep the beast at bay. In spite of knowing what the law states in every case, people disregard it because of their circumstances, which I refer to as 'stepping stones' because of a few problems in their lives. The fact that some people do not challenge corruption does not mean that they are fools or don't care about it. A person may see that they are above some drama or arguments - but that doesn't mean they are above the beast. Many people are not proud of the jobs they do - however, they must work while striving for the opportunities to come. People with humble beginnings are often the most successful.
