If you could ever know the other side of the story, you would change many of your decisions and opinions.
Every person has their own version of story. The way this version is presented to another person decides their perception about that story. Although, the matter between two people must be resolved between themselves, often people rely on other's opinions and judgement that can influence their decision.
If you are that person, you must ensure that your suggestions and opinions are not biased because people always present their version in such a way that favours them. Rather, you must understand the other side else you will only become a part of a partial decision-making.
We must let people resolve their conflicts but if we are a part of it, we must ensure that we don't provoke or influence anyone without fully being aware because instead of resolving, we will only make it worse.
